Some groups do not want six separate bookings and a stranger in the kitchen. The whole house option is exactly that: every room, every shared space, and the run of the place for as long as you need it.
Twelve to fifteen people sleep comfortably across the six bedrooms and the studio suite, with a full kitchen, a large living room, a workspace, a deck and a fire pit between them.
Rates
$600–$900 per night depending on season and length of stay, or $9,000–$14,000 per month for longer bookings. Utilities, Wi-Fi and laundry are included. Rates are flexible around shoulder seasons and long stays — it is worth asking.
Who takes the whole house
- Work crews — electricians, pipeline and survey teams, contractors running a rotation out of Anchorage
- Film and production crews needing beds, a kitchen and somewhere to spread out with laptops
- Family reunions and weddings where everyone wants to be under one roof
